PT Sumber Karya is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Line Cook to join our team in Yogyakarta. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in preparing and cooking food for our customers. You will work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality and safety.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking food for our customers.,Ensure that all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality and safety.,Work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a high level of efficiency and accuracy.,Follow all health and safety regulations and guidelines.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.,Assist in training and developing junior staff members.,Prepare and maintain food inventory and stock levels.,Participate in regular staff meetings and training sessions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Line Cook or similar role in the food service industry.,High school diploma or equivalent.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with basic kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
