📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth running of the restaurant.
- Manage and train staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Monitor food and beverage inventory and ensure proper stock levels.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly reports to management.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Participate in staff meetings and contribute to team development.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Proven experience as a Floor Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations.
- Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
- Valid food safety certification.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg.
