• Develop and implement competitive pricing strategies for international and domestic logistics services.
• Analyze market trends and customer requirements to inform pricing decisions.
• Lead a team of pricing analysts and specialists in the development and execution of pricing models.
• Utilize logistics pricing software such as SAP Transportation Management and Freight Rate Manager to ensure efficient and accurate pricing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align pricing strategies with business objectives and customer needs.
• Monitor and report on pricing performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in logistics and supply chain pricing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics and supply chain pricing, with a proven track record of developing and implementing competitive pricing strategies.
• Strong understanding of logistics pricing software such as SAP Transportation Management and Freight Rate Manager.
• Certification in logistics and supply chain management (e.g., APICS, CILT) is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with large datasets and complex pricing models.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
