📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees.,Manage employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.,Coordinate employee training and development programs.,Handle employee relations and conflict resolution.,Assist in the preparation and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Support the HR manager in other HR-related tasks as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other HR-related software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
