📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process patient payments accurately and efficiently.,Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.,Handle cash, credit, and debit card payments.,Provide excellent customer service to patients and staff.,Assist in resolving any billing or insurance-related issues.,Collaborate with the clinic staff to ensure smooth operations.,Follow clinic policies and procedures regarding financial transactions.,Assist in reconciling daily cash deposits.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a cashier or customer service role.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Basic knowledge of financial software and systems.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with healthcare billing and insurance processes is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian is required.
