📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Fabricating metal parts using various tools and machinery, such as CNC machines, shears, and benders.
• Performing welding operations, including MIG, TIG, and stick welding, to ensure strong and durable welds.
• Assembling mechanical components and systems, following detailed technical drawings and specifications.
• Maintaining and repairing workshop equipment, including CNC machines, welding machines, and other tools.
• Inspecting fabricated parts and assembled components for quality and safety standards.
• Collaborating with the engineering team to ensure that projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.
• Following safety protocols and maintaining a safe working environment.
• Participating in continuous training and development to improve skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a workshop technician or in a related field.
• Proven experience in fabrication, welding, and mechanical assembly.
• Proficiency in using CNC machines, welding equipment, and other workshop tools.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and standards in the workshop environment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
