📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage and process orders using SAP and other order management systems.
- Ensure accuracy and efficiency in order processing and fulfillment.
- Coordinate with sales teams, suppliers, and customers to resolve any issues.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service.
- Monitor and report on order processing metrics and performance.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in order management.
- Provide training and support to other team members as needed.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance order management processes.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in order management, supply chain, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of SAP or other order management systems.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma or a related field is a plus.
