Central Global Nusantara is seeking a dedicated Training Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. The ideal candidate will have a passion for learning and development and a commitment to helping others succeed. This is a remote position, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos,Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop training plans,Provide ongoing support and coaching to employees to ensure they are able to apply what they have learned,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the organization

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development,Strong communication and presentation skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with training software and tools,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite,Ability to adapt to remote work and collaborate effectively with team members,Passionate about learning and development and committed to helping others succeed
