📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the camp, including staff management and resource allocation.,Ensure the safety and well-being of campers and staff.,Develop and implement camp activities and programs.,Maintain a clean and safe environment, including cabins and common areas.,Handle administrative tasks and coordinate with external vendors.,Manage the camp's budget and financial planning.,Foster a positive and inclusive camp culture.,Conduct regular staff meetings and provide feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a management or supervisory role in the hospitality or camping industry.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in Indonesian and English.,Familiarity with camp management software and tools.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
