📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Conducting routine and special audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with policies and regulations.,Preparing and presenting audit reports to management, highlighting findings and recommendations for improvement.,Assisting in the development and implementation of internal audit plans and procedures.,Collaborating with other departments to gather and analyze financial and operational data.,Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.,Identifying and recommending corrective actions to address audit findings.,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date audit documentation and records.,Providing support to the Internal Audit Manager in the planning and execution of audit engagements.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in internal auditing or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and internal control frameworks.,Proficiency in using audit software and tools.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations is a plus.🛠️ Keahlian
