📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Outlet Manager in managing daily operations and ensuring smooth store operations.,Oversee and manage the store staff, including scheduling, training, and performance reviews.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock is replenished according to plan.,Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner.,Assist in the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies.,Participate in store audits and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly reports for the Outlet Manager.,Ensure the store is clean, organized, and meets all health and safety standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the retail industry.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant retail management software.,Knowledge of local market trends and customer preferences is a plus.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
