📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Bartender in managing the bar and ensuring smooth operations.,Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including cocktails, beers, and wines.,Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including cleaning glassware and restocking supplies.,Recommend and suggest new drinks and cocktails to customers based on their preferences.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and courteously.,Participate in inventory management and ensure that all supplies are stocked and accounted for.,Assist in special events and promotions, such as happy hours and themed nights.,Follow all health and safety regulations, as well as local laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Bartender or similar role.,Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes and mixology techniques.,Excellent customer service and communication skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.,Good knowledge of Indonesian and English languages.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 20 kg.,Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
