TRACE Nusantara is seeking a dynamic and experienced Deputy Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Maros, Sulawesi Selatan. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our fleet, contributing to our commitment to providing reliable and efficient services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management and a passion for driving excellence in transportation services.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the coordination and management of the company's fleet, ensuring vehicles are maintained and operated efficiently.,Monitor vehicle performance, fuel consumption, and maintenance schedules to prevent breakdowns and ensure compliance with safety regulations.,Collaborate with drivers and mechanics to address any issues or concerns related to the fleet.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures.,Support the Fleet Coordinator in organizing and conducting fleet inspections and audits.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and repairs.,Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for fleet performance and maintenance.,Participate in training programs for drivers and mechanics to enhance their skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with drivers, mechanics, and other stakeholders.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Valid driver's license is a plus.
