📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including coordinating with hiring managers and conducting interviews.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, benefits, and performance information.,Support the HR team in the administration of employee benefits and programs.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Coordinate employee relations activities, including handling employee inquiries and resolving issues.,Support the HR team in the planning and execution of HR-related projects and initiatives.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis to support decision-making.,Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations, and ensure compliance with company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in a similar role in a HR function.,Strong knowledge of HR practices and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant HR software.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
