Glow Hub Group is looking for a talented Deputy Internal Audit to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the internal audit process, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations, and providing support to the Internal Audit Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-growing company in the heart of Kalimantan Barat.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in planning and conducting internal audits to evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with company policies and regulations.,Prepare and present audit reports to the Internal Audit Manager and relevant stakeholders.,Review and analyze financial and operational data to identify areas for improvement and risk.,Develop and implement audit procedures and methodologies to ensure the accuracy and completeness of audit findings.,Provide support to the Internal Audit Manager in managing the audit team and coordinating audit activities.,Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in internal auditing.,Participate in continuous learning and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in internal auditing.,Contribute to the development and implementation of internal audit policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in internal auditing or a related field.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and internal control systems.,Proficiency in using audit software and tools.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and standards is a plus.
