📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations and performance of the team.,Develop and implement strategies to improve team productivity.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure project milestones are met.,Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.,Manage team schedules and ensure all tasks are completed on time.,Resolve conflicts and address any issues that arise within the team.,Maintain a positive and inclusive work environment.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role.,Proven track record of managing teams effectively.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with project management tools and techniques.,Experience in a similar role within a multinational company is a plus.,Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and Tetun.
