Hub Home Mandiri is seeking a dedicated HR Staff to join our team in Pontianak, Kalimantan Barat. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our HR operations and contributing to the overall success of the company. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.,Coordinate with department heads to address employee concerns and issues.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Support the onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.,Assist in the planning and execution of HR-related events and activities.,Provide administrative support to the HR Manager as needed.,Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a HR role, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian, with English being an advantage.,Valid ID and work permit for Pontianak, Kalimantan Barat.
