📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are maintained, serviced, and operated efficiently.,Oversee vehicle maintenance schedules, including oil changes, tire rotations, and other routine services.,Monitor vehicle performance and fuel consumption to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.,Coordinate with mechanics and service providers to ensure timely repairs and maintenance.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and service history.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies related to vehicle operation.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures.,Provide support to the operations team as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.,Familiarity with fleet management software and tools.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
