📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain key client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to key accounts.,Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for improvement.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in account management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or a similar role in the hospitality or tourism industry.,Proven track record of managing key accounts and driving sales growth.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant accounting software.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
