As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing key client relationships, ensuring their needs are met, and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies that will enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.,Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance client satisfaction.,Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement client-focused strategies.,Monitor client accounts to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.,Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on client performance and sales progress.,Attend industry events and conferences to network and stay up-to-date with market trends.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, ensuring their needs are met.,Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or a related field.,Proven track record of success in building and maintaining client relationships.,Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles and practices.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.,Experience in the tourism or hospitality industry is a plus.
