📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate with drivers and warehouse staff to ensure smooth shipment operations.
• Monitor shipment status and update the logistics management system, SAP, in real-time.
• Monitor and record temperature conditions using the Cold Chain Management System.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Assist in the preparation and documentation of shipment records.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of logistics processes.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines to ensure a secure work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in logistics or a related field.
• Familiarity with logistics management systems, particularly SAP.
• Knowledge of cold chain logistics and temperature monitoring systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
