📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and update marketing databases using CRM software like Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Coordinate with sales teams to ensure marketing materials are distributed effectively.
• Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and print materials.
• Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing travel arrangements, and coordinating with vendors.
• Maintain accurate records of marketing activities and campaign performance.
• Support the marketing team in achieving sales targets by providing timely and accurate information.
• Assist in the organization of marketing events and promotions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in marketing or administrative roles, preferably in the property development industry.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
• Knowledge of Indonesian property market is a plus.
