📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage all aspects of palm oil plantation operations.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Monitor and optimize production processes to improve efficiency and quality.,Develop and implement operational strategies to meet production targets.,Manage and mentor a team of operational staff, providing guidance and support.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.,Address and resolve operational issues promptly and effectively.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date operational records and reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the palm oil industry.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other operational software.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to travel and work in remote areas as needed.
