📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and process orders using SAP and other order management systems.
• Ensure accuracy and efficiency in order processing and fulfillment.
• Coordinate with sales teams, suppliers, and customers to resolve any issues.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service.
• Monitor and report on order processing metrics and performance.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in order management.
• Provide training and support to other team members as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in order management, supply chain, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of SAP or other order management systems.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or a related field is a plus.
