📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet departmental hiring needs.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to identify the best candidates for open positions.,Conduct job interviews and make hiring recommendations to management.,Collaborate with department heads to understand job requirements and ensure a good fit between candidates and the role.,Maintain a strong candidate database and track the recruitment process from start to finish.,Assist in the development and implementation of onboarding programs for new hires.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.,Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.,Understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
