📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the branch, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management.,Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and profitability.,Manage and mentor a team of employees, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.,Ensure that all branch operations comply with company policies and procedures.,Monitor and report on branch performance metrics, such as sales, customer satisfaction, and employee productivity.,Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to ensure that the branch is aligned with the overall company strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a management or supervisory role, preferably in a retail or service industry.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with sales and marketing principles and practices.
