📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet the organization's hiring needs.,Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Screen and evaluate resumes to identify potential candidates for job openings.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to determine candidates' fit for the role and company culture.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide feedback on candidates.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.,Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.
