📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the receipt and processing of incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and completeness of inventory records.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to schedule and manage deliveries, optimizing logistics and minimizing costs.,Monitor inventory levels and implement reordering processes to prevent stockouts and overstocking.,Inspect incoming goods for damage or discrepancies, and initiate corrective actions as necessary.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records using warehouse management systems.,Collaborate with the sales team to fulfill customer orders promptly and efficiently.,Conduct regular audits of inventory to ensure accuracy and identify areas for improvement.,Train and mentor junior staff on inventory management and logistics procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Proven experience in logistics and inventory management, preferably in a warehouse or distribution center environment.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team.,Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with international shipping and customs procedures.,Valid driver's license and the ability to operate a forklift or other warehouse equipment.,Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
