📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement bancassurance strategies in collaboration with financial institutions to offer pension and insurance products to members.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with banks and other financial partners to ensure successful product integration.
• Provide exceptional customer service to members, addressing their financial needs and concerns.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for financial inclusion in the Maumere community.
• Monitor and report on bancassurance performance metrics to ensure compliance with company policies and objectives.
• Attend training sessions and workshops to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals and drive financial inclusion initiatives.
• Represent Taspen Abadi Sentosa at industry events and conferences to network with professionals and stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in bancassurance, financial services, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of bancassurance products and services offered by financial institutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with the Indonesian financial services industry and regulations.
• Certification in bancassurance or financial services is a plus.
