IT Server Administrator

In this critical role, you'll architect, deploy, and maintain our server infrastructure, leveraging your expertise in VMware, Hyper-V, or other virtualization platforms. Based in Jakarta Selatan, you'll work closely with our IT team to support our growing palm oil business.

You'll monitor server performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement security measures to protect our data. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Install, configure, and maintain server hardware and software
• Monitor server performance and capacity, and implement upgrades as needed
• Troubleshoot and resolve server-related issues and outages
• Implement and maintain security measures, including firewalls, antivirus software, and intrusion detection systems
• Backup and restore server data as needed
• Document server configurations and procedures
• Provide technical support to end-users and other IT staff
• Stay up-to-date with the latest server technologies and industry best practices

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in server administration, with a focus on VMware, Hyper-V, or other virtualization platforms
• Certifications such as MCSE, CCNA, or CompTIA Server+ are a plus
• Strong knowledge of server operating systems, including Windows Server and Linux
• Experience with network protocols and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms, such as AWS or Azure, is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
