📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain employee records using HRIS (Human Resource Information System) tools.
• Assist in the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates, and updating job postings.
• Support the HR team in handling employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Assist in the preparation and distribution of payroll and benefits information.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
• Provide administrative support to the HR department, including data entry and filing.
• Assist in organizing and coordinating HR-related events and training sessions.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in all HR-related activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR administration or a related field.
• Proficient in using HRIS tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.

• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
