📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage a team of pest control technicians, ensuring they adhere to company standards and regulations.
• Conduct regular team meetings to discuss service plans, address concerns, and provide guidance.
• Perform pest control services, including inspections, treatments, and follow-ups, to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement service schedules and routes to optimize efficiency and coverage.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of pest control products and equipment.
• Train and mentor new team members to ensure they meet company standards and expectations.
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure all services are delivered to the highest standards.
• Provide regular reports to management on team performance and service delivery.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Pest Control, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in pest control, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Certification in pest control from a recognized institution, such as the National Pest Management Association (NPMA) or the National Institute of Pest Management (NIPM).
• Proven track record of successfully managing and leading a team of pest control technicians.
• Strong knowledge of pest behavior, identification, and control methods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and mentor team members.
• Familiarity with pest control software and tools, such as PestPac, Orbit, or similar systems.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
