📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage and coordinate EDI and INSW processes to ensure seamless data flow
- Work closely with shipping lines, customs authorities, and internal teams to facilitate efficient data exchange
- Monitor and optimize EDI and INSW systems to improve operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with international standards and regulations
- Provide support and training to internal teams on EDI and INSW processes
- Analyze and report on EDI and INSW performance metrics
- Collaborate with the logistics team to streamline customs clearance processes
- Stay updated with the latest developments in EDI and INSW technologies
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in EDI and INSW processes
- Proficient in using EDI software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar
- Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Fluency in English is a plus
