As a Waitress, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring their dining experience is seamless and enjoyable. You will take orders, serve food and beverages, and provide excellent table service. Your ability to multitask and manage multiple tasks simultaneously is crucial, as you will often be responsible for multiple tables at once.

• Take and process orders accurately using our POS system
• Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently
• Ensure tables are set and cleared according to our high standards
• Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies
• Handle cash and credit card transactions securely
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and food handling procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Waitress or similar role in a high-end restaurant or hotel
• Proven ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a high standard of cleanliness
• Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software
• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
