As a Floor Supervisor, you will lead a team of waitstaff and bartenders, ensuring that our standards of service are met and exceeded. You'll manage day-to-day operations, including scheduling, training, and performance reviews. This role offers a competitive salary of IDR 4,500,000 to IDR 6,000,000 per month, along with opportunities for professional growth and development.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the restaurant floor, ensuring high standards of service and cleanliness.
• Lead and mentor a team of waitstaff and bartenders, providing training and support to enhance their performance.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient stock management.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth service and timely delivery of orders.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Assist in scheduling and staffing to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a restaurant setting.
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
• Strong knowledge of F&B operations, including inventory management and cost control.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle customer complaints professionally.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros, and inventory management software like SAP or similar.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Valid certification in food safety and hygiene, such as ServSafe or equivalent.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
