📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
• Process payroll using Payroll System, ensuring timely and accurate payments to employees.
• Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to the management team.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and deadlines, including preparing and filing tax returns.
• Monitor and reconcile bank accounts, ensuring accuracy and security of financial transactions.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes, providing financial insights to support business decisions.
• Maintain and update financial documents and records, ensuring they are organized and easily accessible.
• Provide financial support to other departments as needed, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with financial policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in financial administration or a related role.
• Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and accounting principles.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
